Universal Banker

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Universal Banker to join our team at the Lansing office. As a key member of our banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and selling bank products and services.

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
• Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers
• Sell bank products and services to clients, meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales tracking results
• Comply with bank policies and procedures, including Know Your Customer, Account Supporting Documentation, and Transaction Approval Limit
• Responsible for the maintenance and servicing of existing accounts, including handling client concerns and performing changes to existing accounts as requested by clients
• Participate in branch staff training to diminish the possibility of additional occurrences of errors
• Minimize risk of losses, including cash differences and other controllable losses

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to maintain accurate and up-to-date records, and comply with bank policies and procedures.
