Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at FPI Management, Inc. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our apartment homes, buildings, and grounds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs to flooring, drywall, and appliances
  • Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, safety, and security systems
  • Paint interior and exterior surfaces
  • Clean and maintain common areas, including sweeping, mopping, and garden upkeep
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in residential property management
  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate required; technical school and/or CAMT certification preferred
  • Valid driver's license, good driving record, and current motor vehicle insurance
  • Ability to wear a respirator and comply with FPI's facial hair policy
  • Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English
