About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled PowerApps Developer to join our team at Amivero. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining internal agency tools used for incident and injury reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with functional leads and subject matter experts to identify, develop, document, and validate requirements for our internal agency tools.
  • Design and develop Office 365 applications and solutions, including Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps, Dynamics 365, and SharePoint Online.
  • Analyze business requirements by working with stakeholders and IT Management to study systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
  • Perform software design using software development fundamentals and processes, debug, test, and deploy software solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain key components of our software suite using Office 365 APIs.
  • Implement custom solutions that leverage various Office 365 services.
  • Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, etc.
Requirements
  • 3-10 years of work experience in software development and IT solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree (Master's degree in a related field can substitute for 5 years of work experience).
  • Experience building Office 365 solutions, including Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps, Dynamics 365, and SharePoint Online.
  • Expert knowledge of building web parts, apps, page layouts, and content types using the O365 API.
  • Experience with SharePoint's application services framework, including implementation and configuration.
  • Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL Server Analysis Services, and/or SQL Server Integration Services is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to work with technical teams and business users.
  • Ability to work independently or as a member of a project team.
  • Ability to work overtime required on occasion.
