POSITION SUMMARY:
The Radiologic Imaging Specialist is responsible for operating radiologic machinery to produce clinical diagnostic images and executing standard diagnostic procedures in accordance with established protocols and practices. This role involves delivering patient services utilizing various imaging techniques and ensuring quality care for patients across all age demographics, including neonates, children, adults, and the elderly.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Operate radiologic equipment to generate high-quality diagnostic images.
2. Perform routine diagnostic procedures adhering to established standards.
3. Provide comprehensive patient care across diverse age groups.
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Completion of an AMA accredited Radiologic Technology program.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
No prior experience necessary.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (R).
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Current BLS Certification is required.
