We are seeking a skilled Critical Care Respiratory Specialist to join our team at Trusted Resource Associates (TRA) in Tucson, Arizona.

Job Description

This 13-week local contract position offers the opportunity to work as a Registered Respiratory Therapist, providing expert care to patients under the orders of physicians. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency level and be able to handle complex cases, as well as teach and mentor others.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing respiratory therapy to patients, including diagnostic testing, treadmills, complete PFTs, ABG machine maintenance, hemodynamics, special procedures, and ENGs.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • A minimum of an Associate's Degree from an accredited program in Respiratory Care recognized by the Commission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an Acute Care Setting.
  • A Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
  • A State License as a Respiratory Therapist.
  • An American Heart Association BLS certification.
