What You'll Bring:

  • A commitment to adhering to our high restaurant service standards to create "Ale House Raving Fans"
  • Excellent food preparation and portioning skills
  • Ability to support cooks as needed, occasionally leading a station
  • Knowledge of food handling requirements and compliance
  • Effective communication with both BOH and FOH teams to meet all needs in a timely manner
  • Ensuring a supply of clean and ready dish supplies for cooks
  • Maintaining work areas stocked and ready for the next scheduled Prep Cook/Dishwasher
  • Must be 18 years of age at the time of hire
  • Flexibility for late-night, holiday, and weekend schedules

Estimated Salary Range: $12-$15 per hour, based on location and experience
