Job Summary:

The Pediatric Nurse Traveler will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to children and adolescents in a pediatric medical-surgical unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to children and adolescents in a pediatric medical-surgical unit
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Washington
  • 2 years of recent experience in pediatric medical-surgical nursing
  • BLS certification
  • Ability to work variable shifts, including nights and weekends
