**Job Description:**

As a Waste Management Specialist at MSCCN, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient removal of waste from residential areas. This is a dynamic and challenging position that requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Operate a rear-load residential waste collection truck safely and efficiently.
  • Load solid waste, yard waste, and recyclables into the truck.
  • Communicate vehicle mechanical problems to the mechanic and supervisor immediately.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Valid CDL with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum one year of commercial driving experience.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly using proper lifting techniques.
