**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at The Lackman. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences, crafting innovative cocktails, and providing top-notch service.

**Responsibilities**

• Prepare and serve craft cocktails, beers, and other beverages to guests
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing suggestions
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all guests
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

**Requirements**

• 1-2 years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume bar
• Strong knowledge of craft cocktails, beer, and wine
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
