Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team at Autism Behavioral Center. As an ABA Therapist, you will work one-on-one with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in their homes and at our center, implementing behavior plans and collecting data to support their growth and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior plans as instructed by your direct supervisor
  • Collect daily data to track progress and inform treatment decisions
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support to individuals with ASD

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Experience working with individuals with ASD preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
