Job Title: ICU Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate ICU Registered Nurse to join our team at Ochsner Extended Care Hospital, a part of LHC Group.

About the Role:

The ICU Registered Nurse will assume full nursing responsibility for the delivery of care to all patients in the hospital. This includes continuously evaluating personal and professional performance and making necessary changes to increase productivity and quality of care delivered.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement patient plans of care based on scientific nursing theory related to self-care and that promote physical, psychosocial, and spiritual health.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
  • Supervise and delegate to LPNs, CNAs, and other support staff as appropriate.
Qualifications:
  • Registered Nurse from an accredited school of nursing.
  • ICU experience.
  • CPR certification.
  • ACLS certification.
  • Current RN license in the state of Louisiana.
