Job Description

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead our Wireless Frameworks and Services team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks across all Apple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of engineers to design and maintain automation frameworks, ensuring they meet the highest quality and reliability standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver tooling and infrastructure to support wireless testing and development.
  • Develop and maintain shared Python and Objective-C frameworks and modules, contributing to core operating system frameworks.
  • Mentor and guide entry-level engineers, helping them grow and develop their skills.
  • Define and manage project deliverables, ensuring timely and successful project completion.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading engineering teams and managing deliverables.
  • Strong debugging and triaging capabilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for automation workflows and development experience in Objective-C or Swift.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Confirmed understanding of statistics as it relates to data analysis.
  • Experience with Continuous Integration systems like xCode Server, Jenkins, etc.
