We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Public Area Attendant to join our team at Valor Hospitality. As a Public Area Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our lobby and public spaces, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests.

• Daily Cleaning and Maintenance: Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and window frames, vacuum upholstery, drapery, and carpeting, and clean/maintain hallways and surrounding areas, public elevators (inside and outside), elevator landings, and vending areas.
• Restroom Maintenance: Clean and stock public restrooms with supplies, ensuring a clean and hygienic environment for our guests.
• Supply Management: Stock housekeeping carts with necessary supplies and maintain a clean and organized storage area.
• Guest Services: Fulfill guest requests, handle guest problems/complaints, and provide exceptional customer service to achieve high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Reporting and Communication: Report any missing articles, damage, or mechanical problems to the Supervisor, and maintain open communication with colleagues and management.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Experience: No formal experience required for the position.
• Skills and Abilities: Ability to push loaded supply carts, carry tote trays, arrange drapery, and operate vacuum equipment, as well as communicate effectively with guests, vendors, staff members, and management.
