Leasing Consultant

Overview

Stellar Residential is a leading provider of property management and pre-development services for multifamily owners. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Leasing Consultant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Confirm all leasing paperwork is completed accurately and contains all required data.
• Ensure that move-out and cancellation for previous residents has been processed accurately.
• Communicate with residents in a professional and timely manner.
• Qualify applicants and conduct tours of the community.
• Facilitate the resident application process and ensure accuracy.
• Follow up with leads and tours to provide additional information about the community.
• Coordinate with service personnel to ensure new move-in apartments are ready for new residents.
• Receive rent payments from residents and provide them to the assistant manager.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1-year experience in Multi-Family management, including leasing and accounting experience.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner.
• Ability to multi-task and possess high organizational skills.
• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Maintain a professional behavior and appearance.
• Demonstrate essential sales and closing skills.
• Contribute to the team in a positive and professional manner.
• Outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
