Job Summary

KidsTLC is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team as a Clinical Case Manager. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing clinical case management services to children and families in our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Develop Clinical Staff
    • Provide direct supervision and guidance to clinical staff, including professional development and performance management.
    • Ensure adherence to program clinical expectations, policies, procedures, and processes through regular feedback and coaching.
  • Conduct Assessments and Develop Treatment Plans
    • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify client needs and develop treatment plans that align with industry best-practice standards.
    • Design and implement data-driven programming and interventions to support client progress and achievement of goals.
  • Lead and Participate in Meetings and Training
    • Actively lead and participate in meetings, training, and professional development opportunities to stay current on industry best practices and share knowledge with colleagues.
Requirements
  • Education and Certification
    • Masters degree in special education, applied behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field.
    • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Experience and Skills
    • 2-5+ years of experience working with children in an educational or clinical environment.
    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
    • Exceptional problem-solving skills related to behavior assessment and response.
    • Ability to identify patterns or connections between situations and key issues in complex situations.
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Formal supervision experience with professionals and/or BCBA/BCaBAs.
    • Active in-network status with various private commercial insurance panels in KS and MO.
