Key Responsibilities
  • Provide immunization services to patients, including administering vaccinations and monitoring patient responses
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct medication therapy reviews and provide recommendations to patients and healthcare providers
  • Manage pharmacy operations, including inventory management, staffing, and workflow optimization
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality assurance standards
Requirements
  • Active pharmacy license in the state of employment
  • Immunization certification through an accredited organization
  • Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
  • Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
