Job Overview

Brilar LLC is seeking a highly skilled Snow Removal Equipment Operator to join our team. As a key member of our commercial snow management team, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy equipment to safely and efficiently remove snow from commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate heavy equipment, including snowplows, skid-steers, and front-end loaders, to clear roadways, loading areas, docks, and parking lots in winter conditions.
  • Remove snow to create a safe pathway for the public, pedestrians, and traffic.
  • Report to assigned branch or location within a given timeframe.
  • Be on call during winter months for all snow and ice events.
  • May assist during snow and ice events with operating other snow or salt spreading equipment.
  • Ensure work is conducted in a safe manner and maintains work areas safe for employees, customers, the public, and the environment.
  • Perform at a high and safe level of productivity.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in heavy equipment operation.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen.
  • Pass a driver's background check.
  • Able to work outdoors in different weather conditions.
  • Able to be on call 24/7 during winter season months.
  • Able to handle the physical demands of the position.
  • Be punctual and reliable.
  • Trainable, coachable, and able to grasp new concepts quickly.
  • Accountability to themselves and to their team.
  • Be someone others want to work with.
