Position Overview: The Leonardo DRS Land Systems division is recognized for its expertise in designing and integrating complex technologies into both new and existing systems for military and commercial clients. We are currently seeking a full-time Supply Chain Coordinator I – Program Support for our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct specific analyses related to commodity management, procurement, and proposal costing.
  • Assist team members with various analytical tasks in your area of expertise.
  • Support buyers in engaging with vendors to gather pricing information and schedule delivery timelines.
  • Monitor and compare target costs against proposal costs.
  • Ensure proper contract flow-downs are identified and communicated to procurement.
  • Identify requisitions for consolidation to leverage pricing advantages.
  • Enhance understanding of purchasing relationships in alignment with overall company strategies.
  • Support and promote the mission, values, and culture of the organization.
  • Utilize Power Pivot, Power Query, and Power BI to convert raw data into actionable insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing accurate and timely work.
  • Ability to take initiative, analyze data, and present findings effectively.
  • Familiarity with supply chain management tools and procedures.
  • Flexible, detail-oriented, quick learner, and critical thinker.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and advanced data entry skills.
  • General understanding of the purchase order process is preferred.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
