Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients with a range of medical conditions.
- Teach and mentor students in the clinical setting, ensuring they meet the necessary competencies and skills for their rotation.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our clinical curriculum, including the design and delivery of educational programs and materials.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of our clinical services.
- D.O. or M.D. degree required; current Florida medical license.
- Two to five years' experience practicing medicine, with a preference for hospitalist experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and staff.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a commitment to providing exceptional patient care and education.
