- Participate in a call rotation system.
- Manage an average of 80 patient visits weekly.
- Utilize pediatric nurse phone triage for enhanced patient support.
- Experience approximately 700 births and 50 pediatric admissions annually.
- Employ Epic EHR for efficient patient management.
- Involved in regular educational activities.
- Contribute to clinical quality improvement initiatives and research projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations.
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
- Oversee patient admissions and discharges.
- Prescribe appropriate treatments and medications.
- Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals on treatment strategies.
- Participate in scheduled call rotations.
Qualifications:
- Board certified or board eligible in Pediatrics.
- Possess or be eligible for licensure in the state of Minnesota.
