Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Nurse Specialist to join our team on the E2 Inpatient Psychiatry Unit. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in assessing and providing treatment for psychiatric patients.
Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based interventions to promote patient recovery and well-being
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
