Job Summary

The Manufacturing Mechanic II is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of production equipment and machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment and machinery
  • Identify and troubleshoot complex process issues
  • Make mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic adjustments as needed
  • Monitor and maintain equipment performance to optimize production efficiency
  • Collaborate with production teams to resolve equipment-related issues
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in plant maintenance and high-speed production equipment
  • Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, including blueprints and schematics
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
