Licensed Clinical Therapist - Outpatient Services

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our Outpatient Services team in Kansas City, Missouri. As a Licensed Clinical Therapist, you will provide ongoing individual and group counseling, as well as group education, to assigned populations. You will also provide crisis intervention, case management, treatment planning, and psychosocial assessments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide therapy to assigned caseload of clients, including individual, family, and group services
  • Appropriately document all clinical/program activities according to quality standards
  • Conduct treatment planning and reviews for assigned clients in a timely and clinically appropriate manner
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate service delivery
  • Coordinate and monitor group counseling and group education activities for program participants
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Counseling or Social Work or related field
  • 2 years of experience preferred but not required
Current Missouri License:
  • PLPC, LPC, PLMFT, LMFT, LMSW, or LCSW
