Responsibilities
  • Administer hemodialysis to patients with end-stage renal disease
  • Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment, recording vital signs and patient observations
  • Set up and operate hemodialysis machines, ensuring accurate and safe treatment
  • Provide direct patient care, including hygiene and comfort measures
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
