About the Role

Dudek is seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to join our Engineering Division. As a key member of our team, you will provide planning and design support for water, wastewater, and recycled water projects, focusing on infrastructure-related planning and design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead hydraulic modeling and capacity analyses of pressure and open channel flow systems using industry-standard software packages.
  • Develop and implement planning and analysis of water, wastewater, and recycled water processes and facilities, including master plans, hydraulic modeling studies, and capacity analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct field inspections and measurements as necessary to support project deliverables.
  • Prepare technical documents and graphics to communicate project results and recommendations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in planning and design of water/wastewater-related projects.
  • Professional Civil Engineer license in the State of California.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, ArcGIS, and AutoCAD.
  • Experience with hydraulic modeling software packages, such as Aquanuity and Innovyze.
