Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team at Great Strides Rehabilitation. As a Pediatric Physical Therapist, you will work with children with special needs, providing individualized therapy sessions to help them achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for children with special needs
  • Conduct physical therapy sessions in outpatient clinics, medically fragile daycares, and private schools
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Music Therapists, and Board Certified Behavior Analysts
  • Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in pediatric physical therapy

Requirements:

  • Active license to practice Physical Therapy, or eligible to apply for PT license in the next 3 months
  • Experience working with children with special needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
