Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Supervisor to join our team at Search Solution Group. As a Quality Supervisor, you will play a critical role in leading our Quality team efforts to achieve Operational and Commercial Excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Quality team in efforts to continuously improve safety, quality, cost, reliability, productivity, profitability, and team member development.
  • Coordinate the implementation of product or customer specifications, quality norms, and procedures, developing necessary documentation to ensure conformity with ISO 9001 and UL requirements.
  • Organize and execute external, internal, and supplier audits, including vendor qualifications under UL.
  • Maintain strong communication with commercial and operating teams regarding customer needs and technical service.
  • Represent the Conduit division in several electrical industry committees such as STI, NEMA, and NFPA/NEC.
  • Uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience managing/leading others.
  • 4+ years working in a Quality department.
Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft SharePoint and D365.
Knowledge
  • Thorough understanding and knowledge of Quality Systems and/or Manufacturing Processes.
  • Experience with ISO 9001 and UL Certification preferred.

Work Environment

Office and plant settings with travel to Cedar Springs.

Travel Requirements

25% travel to Cedar Springs as needed.

Reporting Structure

Reports to the Environmental Manager (EHSQ Manager).
