** Requirements for the Role **

• Capability to perform material takeoffs based on site conditions and blueprints
  
• Proven ability to manage client relationships from inception to completion
  
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  
• Strong technical skills in carpentry, including framing, drywall, cabinetry, and finishing
  
• Comfortable working in various environments, including indoors, outdoors, on ladders, and roofs
  
• Possession of a personal set of carpentry tools
  
• Proficient with technology, including basic use of communication tools on Apple or Android devices
  
• A minimum of five years of experience in residential carpentry
  
• Trade school education or certification in carpentry is advantageous
  
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
