We are seeking an exceptional Mutual Fund Attorney to join our team at Talently Recruiting. As a key member of our legal team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the compliance and integrity of our mutual fund operations.

Salary: $160,000 - $200,000 per year, plus bonus.

About the Position
  1. Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with relevant securities laws and regulations.
  2. Manage the creation and registration of new mutual funds, working closely with our core team.
  3. Review and analyze registration statements and annual shareholder reports to guarantee accuracy.
  4. Collaborate with the board to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  5. Conduct thorough risk assessments and due diligence for potential investments.
  6. Provide expert advice on corporate transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Law, with a focus on Securities, Financial Services, or M&As.
