Construction Supervisor

At Interfuse Staffing, we are seeking a highly skilled Construction Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Manage and coordinate the activities of construction crews, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects meet specifications and deadlines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any safety or quality issues.
• Develop and implement plans to improve construction efficiency, productivity, and safety.
• Manage and maintain accurate records of construction progress, including daily reports, time sheets, and inventory management.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Foreman in Pipe and Utilities.
• Strong knowledge of construction plans, specifications, and OSHA regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct construction crews.
• Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other construction technology tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
