Company Overview: Our client is a family-owned, family-feel design-build firm with a roster of repeat clients and a focus on providing high-quality construction services. With a vast majority of work negotiated, they operate in a variety of sectors, including wood frame, pre-engineered, buildout, and groundup projects.

We are seeking a talented Construction Project Lead to join their team and oversee the day-to-day operations of their construction sites. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards, while coordinating and collaborating with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial construction, with a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects. You will have extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods related to large-scale projects, and be able to motivate and inspire project teams with your strong leadership abilities. In return for your expertise, we offer an extremely competitive base salary of $125,000 per annum, based on experience and skillset, plus a range of benefits including company cell phone, company computer, company truck, 3 weeks PTO, health, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401k. Merit-based bonuses will also be available on a per-project basis.
