Lawyer Professional

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $140,000 per year

YoungWilliams PC is seeking a seasoned Lawyer Professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide legal services in child support matters, including paternity and support order establishment and enforcement.

This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with experience in domestic relations law or as a prosecutor to utilize their expertise in a collaborative and dynamic environment. • You will ensure proper legal representation in all child support matters related to paternity and support order establishment and enforcement.
• You will negotiate with opposing counsel, attend hearings, and perform other related actions.
• You will recommend and review legal actions.
• You will draft, review, and sign legal documents.
• You will ensure all orders contain required federal and state elements and vigorously advocate the interests of the state.
• You will update automated systems with necessary information to monitor each case through the legal process.
• You will provide legal advice to Specialists in completing documents for court filing.
• You will maintain a positive working relationship with State agencies.
• You will attend weekly project team meetings.
• You will apply knowledge of federal and state child support policies and procedures.
