Solomon Page is seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist to join their team in Watertown, New York.

Job Summary

As a Radiation Therapist, you will work under the guidance of a radiation oncologist to develop and monitor patients' progress throughout the duration of radiotherapy treatments. You will communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients undergoing radiotherapy
  • Collaborate with radiation oncologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Communicate effectively with patients and families to address concerns and provide education
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in radiation therapy
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Current licensure and certification in radiation therapy
