We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow to join our team at Soliant. As a Clinical Fellow, you will work under the supervision of experienced Speech Language Pathologists to provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to children and adults with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify communication and swallowing disorders in clients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each client.
- Provide therapy services to clients in individual and group settings, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, caregivers, and families to ensure effective communication and treatment outcomes.
- Document and maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment plans.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
