Job Overview

Role Responsibilities

The Body Shop Estimator will play a crucial role in assessing and preparing comprehensive repair estimates for vehicles that have sustained collision damage. This position requires effective communication with clients, insurance representatives, and repair technicians to ensure that repairs are completed promptly and to the satisfaction of our customers.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in automotive repair and estimating
  • In-depth understanding of body shop repair procedures, parts procurement, and collision estimating software, including CCC One
  • Ability to produce accurate estimates efficiently
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • ASE or I-CAR certification is advantageous
  • Associate degree or higher in Automotive Collision Repair or a related discipline is preferred
  • Meticulous attention to detail
