LPN - Employee Health - Per Diem Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN to join our Employee Health team on a per diem basis. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct patient care, work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to delivering exceptional patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the implementation of patient treatment plans under the direction of a Registered Nurse or Provider.
- Provide routine nursing services for patients as directed by a Registered Nurse or Provider.
- Comply with evaluation, treatment, and documentation requirements of the department.
- Complete required documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
- Provide regular patient status updates to appropriate personnel.
- Attend and participate in department/facility meetings as required.
- Act in compliance with hospital, regulatory, and professional standards and policies.
- Maintain clinical competency by pursuing continuing education opportunities.
- 1 year of experience preferred.
- BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association (AHA) certification.
- LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - New York State Education Department (NYSED) licensure.
This per diem position will be working in various locations, including flu clinics and local RRH hospitals. The schedule will be days, and the physical demands of the job include medium work, exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
