Job Summary

Medical Solutions is seeking a skilled Traveling Med-Surg/Tele Registered Nurse (RN) to fill a 13-week travel assignment in a hospital located in Northwestern New York. As a Travel Nurse RN Telemetry, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients with various medical conditions, including those requiring telemetry monitoring.
  • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in patient education and discharge planning to ensure patients receive the necessary information and support to manage their conditions effectively.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting a culture of safety, respect, and open communication.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of New York.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Med-Surg/Tele RN.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
