Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and sterilize medical instruments to ensure they are safe for patient use
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide excellent patient care
  • Receive, fill, and deliver supply orders in a timely manner
  • Operate equipment and computer systems to support departmental functions
  • Inventory and restock departmental supplies and special carts

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an approved Sterile Processing Technician program
  • Certification by HSPA (formerly IAHCSMM) or CBSPD
  • 2 years direct instrumentation experience preferred
