Key Responsibilities:
- Process and sterilize medical instruments to ensure they are safe for patient use
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide excellent patient care
- Receive, fill, and deliver supply orders in a timely manner
- Operate equipment and computer systems to support departmental functions
- Inventory and restock departmental supplies and special carts
Requirements:
- Graduate of an approved Sterile Processing Technician program
- Certification by HSPA (formerly IAHCSMM) or CBSPD
- 2 years direct instrumentation experience preferred
