We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to lead our web and mobile applications development team.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing the software development lifecycle, maintaining industry and market knowledge, and reinforcing a culture of high-quality software development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with development teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions in full-stack development tools and technologies
  • Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate design concepts into interactive and visually appealing experiences
  • Provide technical estimates and perform technical risk assessments for project planning
  • Maintain solutions that meet regulatory, security, industry standards, and contractual requirements
  • Deliver high-quality projects and products on-time and on-budget
  • Coach and mentor the development team to grow our skill base
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and quality initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • 8 years of experience as a Web and Mobile Applications Developer
  • 3 years of leadership experience in guiding and managing web and mobile application development teams
  • Familiarity with modern web development tools and methods
  • Experience developing, deploying, and maintaining full-stack, end-to-end applications, including enterprise solutions, iOS, and Android mobile development
  • Proficiency in C, C#, JavaScript, and experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue)
  • Experience with server-side technologies, such as .NET
  • Understanding of the UX/UI process and ability to translate UI designs to application implementation
  • Best practices for CI/CD and version control
  • Security-minded and familiar with best practices in cyber security
  • Experience implementing authentication and access control
  • Able to effectively analyze project requirements and create execution plans
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills
  • Understanding and experience with the full software development lifecycle and requirements development
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodology, processes, and tools
  • Must be a team player with excellent leadership, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

Desired Qualifications:

  • Understanding of web server technology, e.g., NGINX or Apache
  • Familiarity with Graphic Engines, e.g., Unreal Engine or Unity
  • Production software hosting and deployment
  • Familiarity with microservice architecture and API development
  • Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and cloud-native system design (e.g., AWS, Azure)
  • Exposure to machine learning and data science applications
  • Exposure to mobile application development frameworks
  • Experience with additional languages, e.g., Go, Python

Citizenship or lawful permanent residency required due to the possibility of working on a federal contract.
