The Brewer-Garrett Company is a leading provider of facility solutions, specializing in energy-efficient HVAC design, electrical upgrades, and building automation systems installation, maintenance, and repair.

We are seeking an HVAC Trainee to join our team of skilled professionals. As a member of our team, you will assist experienced HVAC technicians in preventative maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and inspection of facilities HVAC equipment.

• Provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
• Assist with inspecting building HVAC systems and equipment to ensure safe and well-maintained conditions, identify hazards, defects, and possible needs for adjustments or repairs.
• Work extended hours/weekends if necessary.
• Assist with completing work orders and requests promptly using our employer-provided iPad.
• Follow all policies and procedures established in our company manuals and client contract documents.
• Participate in meetings, workshops, training, and seminars, as assigned, to convey and/or gather information required to perform job functions.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Trade school, military school, or apprenticeship completion, preferred.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC tools and instrumentation.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.
