Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Mechanical Project Engineer- E&U to join our team in Overland Park, KS. As a key member of our mechanical design team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative solutions for utility power plants, process/manufacturing facilities, industrial facilities, healthcare facilities, educational institutions, or governmental facilities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify client needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mechanical systems, components, and commonly used design concepts, codes, practices, and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in mechanical design, with a focus on utility power plants, process/manufacturing facilities, industrial facilities, healthcare facilities, educational institutions, or governmental facilities.
  • Strong knowledge of ASME B31 piping codes and professional engineering license in one or more states.
  • Proficiency in computer operation for engineering design, including MS Excel, MS Word, and Bluebeam.
