Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at DAIKIN COMFORT TECHNOLOGIES MFG LP.

About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Apply practical knowledge of accounting principles to analyze financial data and provide insights to management;
• Perform advanced financial analyses, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis;
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements;
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders by responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner;
• Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and ensure compliance with relevant laws and standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field;
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in finance, preferably in a manufacturing environment;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders;
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, with experience working with large datasets;
• Sarbanes-Oxley and controls experience is an asset.
