Dishware Specialist

We're seeking a Dishware Specialist to join our back-of-house team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you'll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in our dish pit and machine operation. Your attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues will be essential in ensuring our guests receive top-notch service.

• Maintain clean and sanitized kitchen utensils and service ware to meet the pace of our restaurant
• Operate the dish machine and maintain its chemical levels throughout the shift
• Inspect and verify the machine's proper functioning
• Change dish machine chemicals, water, and three-compartment sink as needed

• Competitive hourly rate: $12.50
