Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide care and supervision to residents, reporting updates to supervisors as needed
  • Collaborate with residents and their families to ensure the best possible care outcomes
  • Maintain a safe and comfortable living environment
  • Assist with light housekeeping tasks, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Provide medication reminders and respite care as needed
Requirements
  • Previous experience in personal care or a related field
  • Compassionate and caring demeanor
  • Ability to build rapport with residents and their families
  • First Aid/CPR training (preferred)
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
  • HCA registration with the DSS
  • Past CNA license
  • 3 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility, assisted living facility, or hospital
