Job Summary: Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to work in the specialty area of SNF / LTC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy and excellent communication skills.

About the Role: This is a direct hire / permanent placement position. The COTA will be responsible for providing occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of occupational therapy principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of patients
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patient needs and abilities
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • 1 year of recent experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) specializing in SNF / LTC
  • Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license within the state of practice
