Job Summary

We're seeking a dedicated Nurse Leader to join our team in the Lafayette Region. As a key member of our patient care team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional care, leading by example, and promoting a culture of excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize the Nursing Process to deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring seamless coordination between teams.
  • Lead and manage nursing teams, promoting open communication, collaboration, and professional growth.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes, quality, and safety.
  • Maintain accurate records, reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in education and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Current RN License in the state of practice.
  • 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.

Salary

$85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.
