As a Principal Research Scientist, you will spearhead significant projects in the RFML, DSP, and SDR fields, applying your knowledge to pioneering initiatives.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Direct the creation, development, and testing of RF algorithms.
  • Execute signal processing methodologies for wireless communication systems.
  • Investigate wireless standards and open-source solutions.
  • Employ contemporary machine learning frameworks to develop innovative applications.
  • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders on cutting-edge projects.
  • Present research outcomes through formal presentations and scholarly publications.
  • Design and evaluate signal processing strategies using various programming languages.
  • Assess prototypes on Software Defined Radio (SDR) platforms.
Required Qualifications:

Essential:
  • 12 years of experience with a BS/BA, 10 years with an MS/MA, or 7 years with a Ph.D.
  • Solid expertise in RFML, DSP, and/or SDR.
  • Familiarity with wireless communication standards and methodologies.
  • Proficient in Matlab, Python, and/or C/C++ programming.
  • Capability to support Business Development initiatives.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • U.S. Citizenship and TS/SCI w/ Polygraph clearance.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Understanding of machine learning frameworks.
  • Experience with third-party SDR platforms.
  • Knowledge of distributed signal processing techniques.
