Job Summary:
As a New Graduate Nurse Residency Program Specialist at Concord Hospital, Inc., you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care. This position requires a highly motivated and organized individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to make sound judgments while performing nursing interventions.

The Registered Nurse (RN) 1 is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for a group of patients. You will use your knowledge of growth and development principles to assess patient data and interpret information needed to identify each patient's requirements relative to their age-specific needs. Additionally, you will engage in caring relationships with patients, families, and significant others, working collaboratively with other healthcare workers to provide comprehensive care.

**Responsibilities:**
  • Bases nursing actions by applying principles of purposeful, organized thinking to make clinical judgment/decisions.
  • Gathers data through history taking and physical assessment and interprets data in order to plan and implement interventions to meet patient care needs.
  • Develops, evaluates, and revises patient plans of care and nursing actions in response to patient needs.
  • Documents care provided and patient progress toward attainment of desired outcomes.
  • Directs and supervises others in the performance of delegated nursing activities.


This position offers a competitive salary of $73,500 per year, which may vary based on experience. The successful candidate will also receive comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and retirement savings options.
