Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a full-time in-clinic role. This position involves working directly with clients at our facility, focusing on developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans to ensure the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for clients.
  • Conduct assessments and data analysis to track client progress.
  • Provide supervision and support to Behavior Technicians and other team members.
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure cohesive care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
  • Stay current with ABA research and best practices to enhance treatment effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Active Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing ABA programs.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
