The Operator – Assembler III is a key member of our production team, responsible for operating and maintaining complex equipment to produce high-quality medical devices. This role requires strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain equipment to produce medical devices, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to customer specifications
- Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet quality and safety standards
- Assemble and package products, following established procedures and guidelines
- Use measuring equipment and tools to ensure accurate measurements and quality control
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and safety protocols
- Ability to read and understand work instructions and technical documents
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a cleanroom environment
- Knowledge of medical device manufacturing processes and procedures
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings
